| Today was a long day. A good day.
I woke up at 9, and went to Marc Tow's office to meet Andrew about me quitting my job. That took until about 3 PM, mostly me waiting.
I went straight from there (Newport Beach) to Balboa Pier to celebrate Jon Neal's birthday.
I went home, showered, and left for the Porcupine Tree concert with Evan. It was awesome.
I got home around 12:40 AM and talked to Jacque on Gmail chat about possibly hanging out.
Just got home at 3:15 AM after hanging out with Jacque.
I'm not sure I will wake up for church tomorrow morning. |

| Merry Christmas, everyone. Make sure you watch a good Christmas film, and not a new stupid one like "Bad Santa." Watch something classic, or even "Elf." Or even better, read the accounts of Jesus' birth in the Bible. Since that is, after all, the reason we have this holiday.

| My life may be better than it has EVER been. All those people who say that your childhood is the best time of your life...what do they know? Not much about my life, apparently.
The thing that continues to evade me is WHY God would choose to bless me with this life. I haven't ever done a single thing that would make me deserve it. Our God is so GOOD. I guess that's really all I can say.

| I hiked to the peak of a 10,064 foot mountain yesterday. Today I feel stiffer than an 80-year-old.
